By using this site or booking an HVAC service through , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
connects customers with independently licensed and insured HVAC contractors. All on-site work is performed by the assigned technician under their own license and EPA refrigerant certification. We coordinate dispatch, scheduling, and customer service.
Quotes are provided in writing after an on-site diagnostic and are honored as flat rates once approved. Additional work outside the original quote — such as unforeseen ductwork or electrical issues discovered during a system replacement — requires a separate written estimate and your prior approval.
Repairs and installations are backed by a 10-year parts & labor warranty stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are registered and passed through directly to the customer.
You may cancel or reschedule any booking free of charge up to one hour before the scheduled arrival window. We do not charge diagnostic fees for visits that don't result in approved work.
Under no circumstances shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or the services rendered by contracted HVAC technicians, beyond the value of the service paid.
